2023 International Summer School Fees

According to the exchange rate of Feb. 22, 2023---TWD:USD=1: 0.03035

For PRC students, since you need to apply for "Entry Permit to Taiwan," another fee (NT$1,000) will be charged during regristration.

Payments are accepted online through credit card, union pay,  or offline bank wire transfer. 

Payments are accepted in Taiwan through ATM (online and offline), 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, and OK. 

Refund Policy

Application Fee

- Application fee is non-refundable.

Program & Accommodation Fees

1. Program & Accommodation Fees are 80% refundable if student cancels the program before the start of class.

2. Program & Accommodation Fees are 50% refundable if student cancels the program before finishing 1/3 of the program.

3. Program & Accommodation Fees are not refundable if student cancels after finishing more than 1/3 of the program.

Entry Permit Application to Taiwan for Mainland China

-(NT$1000) non-refundable.

* The cumsumer needs to cover the banking charge if they he/she wants to apply for refund.

Process for refudning

All the refunding process can only be handled after all events  end (after 27th of Aug), and it will take about one month (Sep.) for us to deal with the refund at our end due to the official and financila requirements, and it will take another one month for your bank at your end to proceed your refund.

Please expect to receieve the money in late Sep. or Oct..

Notice: For CCU case, there are two kinds of payments in Programs Fees."Cultural Venture" non-refundable.

 How to Apply for Refund

1.      Please send e-mail to [email protected] for application.

2.      When we receive and approve the case, a confirmed email will be sent.

3.      The refunding process needed to be approved through the University Administration and will take about eight months.
