Step 1: Decide your session(s), campus(es) , and course(s)

1. Choose the session(s) and campus(es) you want to participate before start to register.

2. Each campus provide student dormitory. If you need to book the accommodation, please add it (them) into your cart.

3. Courses: you can choose 1~2 course(s) in each session. Please make sure the 2 courses are not in the overlapping time. If the course you choose is 2 credits and already occupies both morning and afternoon, you can only take one course in one session. 4. Field trip during weekdays: each session includes one or two free field trips. There is no need to register now.

 

Step 2: Before Registering -- Prepare your documents

Please note that during the registration process, the data CANNOT be saved without submission. We strongly suggest you to prepare all the documents/information mentioned below at hand to complete the registration process smoothly.

1. For all registrars: A copy of your student ID card and your photo (2x2 inches)

Official student ID card or a certificate of enrollment issued by the student's home institution is needed. Please scan or photo the both sides, and combine them into one JPG file.

As for the photo, it should be 2x2 inches in size and in color (like a passport photo).

2. For international students: A copy of your passport or PRC ID Card

Please scan or photo the page with your photo/personal information on it in a JPG or JPEG format.

3. For domestic/TCUS Students: A copy of your ROC ID card.

Please scan or photo the page with your photo on it in a JPG or JPEG format.

4.给中国籍的学生,请准备好申请入台证的所有资料,在注册报名时会需要。

Step 3: Register online

Go to the page  Registration / Register Now! and click on the event for registration.

Step 4: Pay for the fees

Once you register successfully, the first confirmation email will be sent. When we receive your fees, a second confirmation email will be sent. It will take about 5~7 days to get the money, but 7~14 days for paying in the convenient stores. Be sure to keep the receipt. If you haven’t got our email more than 15 days, please contact us: [email protected]

Payment Methods

We accept the following ways to complete the payments.

      1.      Credit Card

        The register system will lead you to the webpage to pay online. VISA/MASTER/JCB are acceptable.

 

2.      UnionPay銀聯卡

 The register system will lead you to the webpage to pay online with UnionPay(銀聯卡).

 

3.      Wire Transfer (International Students)Bank Wire Transfore

We do not recommend you to use wire transfer, since the extra fees are quite high and will be the born by the remitter. However, if you do have this need, please contact us for more informaiton: [email protected].
Please note
the extra fees for bank administration(handling charge/bank commission charge) are also your own responsibility.

 

4.      WebATM (Taiwan only)ATM Online Payment

A bank account will be provided after you finish your registration. You can transfer the fees online immediately. 
*Please note that everyone has a unique account. Please don’t pay the fees with other’s student’s account. If you'd like to pay the fee in person, only "E.SUN" bank can let you pay the fee on-site.

5.      ATM (Taiwan only)ATM Payment

A bank account will be provided after you finish your registration. You can go to any ATM machine to transfer the fees. If you'd like to pay the fee in person, only "E.SUN" bank can let you pay the fee on-site.
*Please note that everyone has a unique account. Please don’t pay the fees with other student’s account.

 

6.      Convenience Store (7-11, Family Mart, Hi-Life, OK Mart) (Taiwan only)

A bill will be provided after you finish your registration. Please print it out and pay it in 7-11 / Family Mart / Hi-Life / OK Mart in cash (under the amount of NT$30,000).
